About the role
We are seeking an experienced Site Civil/Architect to oversee the successful delivery of our construction projects. As a full-time Project Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Qualification
- Developing and implementing project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinating and overseeing the work of subcontractors and tradespeople
- Monitoring progress and identifying and resolving any issues or delays
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Providing regular progress updates to the project manager and client
- Identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing process efficiencies
- Mentoring and supporting junior members of the project team
Requirements
- Graduate of BS in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Site Civil/Architect in the construction industry. Experience in Gen. Con is an advantage
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex construction projects
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to create and manage project plans, budgets, and schedules
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, subcontractors, and the project team
- Thorough understanding of construction methods, building codes, and safety regulations
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Proficient in the use of project management software and tools
