- Graduate of BS Accountancy
- Must be excellent in using MS Programs (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, & Pivot)
- Must be detailed oriented
- Must be flexible, with initiative and willing to learn
- Must be able to work with less supervision
- Knowledge in SAP is an advantage
- Process payments to Supplier, Business Partners and Employees Replenishment with complete supporting documents
- Communicate with business partners regarding billings concern
- Transmittal of APV's to HO for check preparation
- Liquidation of Cash Advances of Employees
- Prepare debit memos for delivery variances
- Replenishment of Branch Revolving Fund to BGC
- Monitor RF to ensure enough fund for the Branch Operations
- Conduct Physical inventory & accounts for all variances
- Discuss issues and concerns to improve work process (AP) & ensures compliance to Company Set Standards
- Coordinate with other Departments for issues and concerns
