About the role
We are looking for an Engineering Planner This full-time role is responsible for planning and coordinating engineering maintenance activities to support efficient, reliable, and uninterrupted plant operations.
What you'll be doing:
Establishes and coordinates Preventive (Planned) and Corrective (Unplanned) maintenance programs for all machinery using EMMS and SAP S/4HANA, ensuring compliance with audit and maintenance standards.
Ensures timely execution of planned maintenance by managing manpower, materials, and spare parts, including proper mechanical and electrical inventory control.
Evaluates deferred or unfinished maintenance tasks, analyzes machine breakdowns and downtime, and implements solutions to improve equipment reliability and efficiency.
Plans and implements routine preventive maintenance activities (weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual), including major repairs and equipment modifications that impact operations.
Establishes and improves accurate data recording and monitoring of machine parts’ run-hours to support predictive maintenance and reliability improvement.
Coordinates with suppliers, equipment manufacturers, and internal stakeholders to improve machine reliability, optimize spare parts usage, and reduce maintenance costs.
Maintains and updates maintenance documentation, including machine breakdown reports, manuals, and other records related to the area of responsibility.
This could be for you if you're:
Graduate of Engineering (preferably Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering) or Industrial Technology, or any related course.
At least 1 year of experience in the maintenance field or maintenance planning.
Proven ability to develop short-term and long-term maintenance plans and monitor their effective execution.
Strong understanding of equipment and system interactions, with the ability to diagnose mechanical, pneumatic, and electromechanical issues.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications.
Willing to be assigned in Tanza, Cavite.
