Role: Order Processing Specialist
Compensation: Competitive Basic Salary
Benefits:
- HMO plus 2 Free Dependents
- P1,500 Rice Allowance
- Night Differential (If applicable)
Work Schedule: Rotating Shifts
Rest Days: 2 days per week
Work Setup: WFO (Brgy Saguin, San Fernando, Pampanga)
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate price and stock status data across our supplier network, updating systems to reflect real-time market conditions.
- Process customer orders quickly and accurately, managing order entry and workflow.
- Monitor order status across vendors and escalat e issues that need management attention.
- Identify process bottlenecks and flag opportunities for workflow improvements.
- Collaborate with the ops leadership team to identify scaling and quality opportunities.
Qualifications:
- 6 months–2 years of experience in data entry, order operations, or a similar high-volume, accuracy-focused role.
- Ability to manage high volume without sacrificing quality or accuracy.
- You're detail-oriented and can follow a process while flagging exceptions.
- Comfort with spreadsheets, databases, or order management systems.
- You thrive in structured environments where you know what success looks like.
- Reliable and punctual — this role depends on you showing up and delivering.
Nice to Have:
- Prior experience in healthcare procurement or medical supply ordering;
- BPO or outsourced operations background;
- Experience with supply chain or inventory management workflows; and
- Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues independently.
