Hours: Full-Time | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
We’re looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to help grow a Pilates studio brand through paid advertising, social media, SEO, and local marketing.
Responsibilities
- Create and manage monthly content calendars
- Develop and execute social media strategies
- Create posts, reels, stories, and marketing assets
- Optimize Google Business Profile and local listings
- Manage and optimize Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns
- Track performance and provide reporting
- Implement SEO strategies and create blog content
Requirements
- Experience managing Meta Ads
- Knowledge of SEO and local marketingStrong content creation and social media skills
- Excellent communication and project management skills
Preferred
- Previous experience with gyms, fitness brands, or Pilates studios
- Experience working with franchise-based businesses
- Proven track record generating leads through digital marketing
