As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software solutions that enhance various system components. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.

• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to foster professional growth.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Required Skill: Expert proficiency in ESRI ArcGIS.
• Strong understanding of geographic information system concepts and spatial data analysis.
• Experience with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Proficient in integrating ESRI ArcGIS with custom applications and services.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize GIS-based software solutions.
• Familiarity with data visualization and mapping tools to support decision-making.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ESRI ArcGIS.
• This position is based at our Manila office.
