We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our Roxas Site team. The role involves assisting customers through inbound and outbound calls, addressing inquiries and concerns, processing requests, and providing efficient and professional customer service.
Qualifications
- High School Graduate or Senior High School Graduate
- With or without BPO/customer service experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal
- Willing to work onsite in Roxas City
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
- Customer-focused and able to handle concerns professionally
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
- Assist customers with inquiries, requests, and account concerns
- Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions
- Resolve customer issues while maintaining excellent service
- Process customer requests and update account information when needed
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
- Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards
- Meet assigned performance and customer service targets
