Qualifications
  • 3-4 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Lead Generation, and similar roles
  • Experience with a CRM is a plus
Key Responsibilities
  • Help achieve monthly targets by identifying and facilitating new deals with both new and existing clients.
  • Manage outreach and follow-ups to keep prospects engaged and active in the sales pipeline.
  • Keep the CRM system updated with accurate records from meetings, calls, and voice notes.
  • Proactively manage client's calendar by booking qualified meetings with leads and clients.
  • Perform EA duties, including inbox management, travel coordination, meeting prep, and task tracking.
  • Follow up on action items from business meetings, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
  • Use tools to reach out to clients via calls, emails, and SMS on a regular, agreed schedule.
  • Share value-add insights and relevant updates with contacts between scheduled meetings.
  • Make the client stand out through exceptional responsiveness and professionalism.

This role is subject to a number of skills and practical tests.

This position is an onsite role at our Pampanga office. Candidates must be willing to work on-site.
