About the role
Provide individual and group counseling services to students, conduct guidance interviews, psychological assessments, and career counseling sessions. Develop and implement guidance and wellness programs that support students' academic, personal, social, and emotional development.
Key responsibilities
- Provide individual and group counseling services to students
- Conduct guidance interviews, psychological assessments, and career counseling sessions
- Develop and implement guidance and wellness programs that support students' academic, personal, social, and emotional development
- Monitor student behavior and provide appropriate interventions and referrals when necessary
- Coordinate with parents, faculty members, and administrators regarding student concerns and developmental needs
- Facilitate seminars, orientations, and mental health awareness programs
- Maintain accurate and confidential student counseling records and reports
- Perform other duties related to guidance and student support services as assigned
About you
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Guidance and Counseling, or a related field
- Registered Guidance Counselor (RGC) is required
- Relevant experience in counseling, student affairs, or educational settings is an advantage
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and counseling skills
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Able to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Google Workspace
