Philippines Milané Group Full-time ₱5.64 - ₱8.15/year

Help build the finance function of an international holding group.

Milane Group is a privately owned international holding group transitioning its financial operations from Australia to Abu Dhabi as part of its long-term international growth strategy.

As our international business interests continue to expand, we are establishing Abu Dhabi as the Group's central holding and management hub. Alongside this transition, we have recently established a small but growing private family office to oversee the Group's financial operations, governance, investments and long-term business interests.

The Group's Australian business interests continue to generate income into the holding structure, while our US operations are managed independently through their Singapore headquarters. Our focus at the holding group level is on financial oversight, reporting, cash management, governance and strategic support rather than operating the underlying businesses ourselves.

We are now looking for an exceptional Senior Accountant to become the operational finance lead for the Group.

Working directly with the COO and a soon-to-be-appointed Fractional CFO, you will help build a best-practice finance function capable of supporting the Group's continued international growth.

This is not an outsourced accounting role and you won't be managing a portfolio of unrelated clients. Instead, you'll become an integral member of a lean, high-performing team where you'll have genuine ownership, direct access to senior leadership and the opportunity to help shape how the finance function evolves.

What You'll Be Doing

  • You'll take ownership of the day-to-day accounting operations across the Group, including:
  • Managing full-cycle accounting across multiple entities
  • Accounts payable, accounts receivable and payment processing
  • Monthly bank, credit card, loan and intercompany reconciliations
  • Preparing monthly management accounts and reporting packs
  • Cashflow forecasting and cash management
  • Maintaining accurate accounting records and supporting documentation
  • Coordinating external accountants, tax advisers and auditors
  • Maintaining entity, ownership and investment records
  • Supporting compliance across multiple jurisdictions
  • Strengthening financial controls and finance processes
  • upporting future investments, financing activities and strategic transactions
  • You'll be responsible for ensuring the Group's financial information is accurate, organised and decision-ready.

About You

  • You're a technically strong accountant who enjoys taking ownership rather than simply processing transactions.
  • You're equally comfortable completing reconciliations as you are preparing management reports, improving finance processes and working directly with senior decision-makers.
  • You enjoy building systems, solving problems and bringing structure to a growing organisation.

Experience Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Commerce together with a CPA, CA, ACCA or equivalent professional qualification, with at least five years' experience in a Senior Accountant, Group Accountant or equivalent full-cycle accounting role.
  • Proven experience managing accounting across multiple legal entities, including month-end close, intercompany accounting, reconciliations, management reporting, cashflow forecasting and balance sheet management.
  • Experience working within an international holding company, privately owned business group, family office or other complex multi-entity environment with exposure to multiple currencies and cross-border operations.
  • Experience coordinating external accountants, auditors, tax advisers and other professional advisers, while supporting compliance, statutory reporting and governance across multiple entities.
  • Experience maintaining ownership structures, investment records, shareholder registers and supporting acquisitions, due diligence, business transactions or corporate restructures.
  • Advanced technical accounting skills, including strong Excel capability and experience using Xero or comparable cloud-based accounting software, together with a track record of improving finance systems, reporting processes and internal controls.
