Objective:

To systematically organize, record, and facilitate easy access to all artworks, souvenirs, and archives, including videos, audio recordings, presentation materials, speaking engagements, webinars by Pioneer officers and representatives.

Job Overview:

Pioneer is on the lookout for a highly organized and detail-focused individual to oversee its collection of historical memorabilia, artworks, and important records, including videos, audio recordings, presentation materials, speaking engagements, webinars by Pioneer officers and representatives.

The role involves:

  • Cataloging and maintaining these items while ensuring they are securely stored, and easily retrievable
  • Creating a digital system that allows easy access and display, ensuring proper preservation and storage

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inventory & Documentation:
    • Develop and maintain a thorough catalog for all items, easy to use, search and retrieve
    • Ensure each item is accompanied by descriptions, photos, and detailed reports on the condition and location.
    • Implement a digital system for convenient retrieval and management.
  • Coordination:
    • Work closely with departments such as Marketing, PAD, OAD, and HR to ensure collection management aligns with overall company objectives.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in managing collections, records, or administrative tasks centered on organization
  • Exceptional organizational and inventory management skills; capable of handling multiple items while maintaining a structured system
  • Familiarity with digital archiving systems, databases, and Microsoft Office tools
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
