The Marketing Associate supports the planning and execution of marketing initiatives for Ecoverde projects. The role focuses on campaign implementation, digital marketing management, event coordination, and sales support to strengthen brand presence and drive lead generation.

Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns for Ecoverde projects.
- Manage and monitor social media platforms and online advertisements.
- Prepare and process permits for lamp post banners and directional signages.
- Conduct Product Knowledge (PK) seminars for brokers and sales agents.
- Organize site events, property launches, and client engagement activities.
- Develop marketing materials, presentations, and performance reports.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team to support lead generation and promotional initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- At least 12 years of experience in marketing (real estate experience is an advantage).
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media management.
- Organized, creative, and detail-oriented.
