Job Summary
Primarily responsible for the efficient and effective delivery of parts warehousing, and warehouse & records maintenance in compliance with the prescribed guidelines and standards in warehousing and overall direction and policies of AUTOHUB Group and the manufacturer.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Receives the parts delivered by the manufacturer based on the parts ordered by the dealership.
- Releases/Issues requested parts for vehicle repair and/or over-the-counter sales based on the parts picking slip submitted by the Parts Counterperson.
- Ensures that all parts are accurately and completely stored and organized in proper binning location according to warehouse guidelines and standards.
- Acts as overall custodian of all records and/or data of the Parts Warehouse/stockroom in compliance with the approved Records Management System of the company.
Qualifications
- Graduate of at least a 3-year vocational course, preferably in the automotive field
- Work experience in warehousing an advantage
- Willing to work on a 6-day workweek schedule
