About the Role

One of our clients — a fast-growing tech solutions provider specializing in ERP systems, card printers, and payment platforms — is looking for a Regional Sales Officer who will cover the Mindanao area.

In this full-time role, you'll be responsible for expanding market reach, especially in the education sector, LGUs, and institutions, by building strong client relationships and closing B2B deals. You'll take full ownership of your assigned region and drive real impact through digital transformation.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Developing and executing effective sales strategies to hit regional targets

  • Prospecting for new B2B clients and nurturing existing institutional accounts

  • Conducting market analysis to uncover new growth opportunities

  • Delivering product demos and negotiating win-win contracts

  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure excellent client onboarding

  • Providing sales updates and market insights to leadership

  • Representing the company in key client meetings and field visits within your area

What We're Looking For
  • 3–5 years of proven B2B field sales experience

  • Background in tech, hardware, or enterprise software is a big plus

  • Strong in opening and growing accounts in schools, LGUs, and public institutions

  • Confident negotiator and relationship-builder

  • Willing to travel within the assigned region

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
