Job Summary
Drives corporate business growth by managing the full sales cycle (lead generation to after-sales service).
Requires experience in handling corporate accounts, crafting tailored IT solutions, and building long-term client relationships.
Provides strategic input on sales approaches, ensures customer satisfaction, and helps achieve revenue targets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
- Minimum 3 years in B2B/corporate sales (preferably IT solutions).
- Strong understanding of corporate sales processes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Organized, analytical, and results-driven.
- Willing to travel or conduct client visits.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation
- Identify and qualify prospective corporate clients via telemarketing, research, networking, and fieldwork.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Analyze target markets to discover new business opportunities.
Strategic Sales Execution
- Evaluate accounts based on potential and purchasing patterns.
- Recommend effective sales strategies.
- Conduct product presentations and demos.
- Prepare client-specific proposals and quotations.
Account Management & Client Servicing
- Manage end-to-end client interactions (contact to closing).
- Conduct post-sale follow-ups for feedback and cross-selling.
- Track consumable usage and suggest inventory solutions.
- Resolve client issues promptly.
Business Reporting & Collaboration
- Monitor sales performance vs. targets and report to management.
- Collaborate with marketing and technical teams.
- Contribute to process improvement through client insights.
