About the Role

We’re looking for a versatile Graphic Designer with strong corporate marketing experience to create, adapt, and maintain high quality marketing assets across digital and print channels. You’ll work across brochures, presentations, social media graphics, email templates, web banners, event graphics, infographics, sales materials, and other corporate collateral while ensuring every output follows brand guidelines and industry standard design principles. You’ll also help maintain and evolve Client brand assets, review template designs, adapt artwork for different formats and responsive templates, and collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand creative requirements and provide design support.

Ideal Candidate (Must Have Requirements)

• Proven experience in an in-house or corporate marketing design environment, with a strong portfolio demonstrating corporate and externally facing marketing assets.

• Strong skills in layout, typography, visual communication, and creative execution.

• Experience interpreting creative briefs and translating requirements into polished design outputs.

• Strong understanding of brand guidelines and the ability to consistently apply them across multiple asset types and platforms.

• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.

• Proficiency in Figma, with familiarity with Adobe XD and Sketch.

• Proficiency in Google Workspace, particularly Sheets, Slides, and Docs, with familiarity with Microsoft Office.

• Proficiency with Apple macOS.

• Excellent artwork file organisation and asset management skills.

• Strong attention to detail, quality control, and follow-through.

• Excellent time management and ability to prioritise multiple projects with competing deadlines.

• Comfortable working independently, following design direction, and collaborating closely with internal teams.

• Clear written and verbal English communication skills, with confidence working with international teams and clients.

• Creative problem-solving mindset with a proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn new tools and systems.

• Amenable to working on-site in our Cebu office (IT Park, Cebu City).

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Create marketing collateral across digital and print channels, including brochures, point-of-sale materials, email templates, social media graphics, web banners, presentations, event graphics, infographics, sales materials, and corporate collateral.

• Resize, adapt, and prepare artwork for different formats, platforms, and use cases.

• Design and update artwork while considering dynamic and responsive template requirements.

• Maintain and evolve Client brand identity, including brand guidelines and creative assets.

• Work within client corporate brand guidelines to ensure consistency, quality, and professionalism.

• Review template designs for design quality, industry-standard principles, and alignment with brand guidelines.

• Interpret creative briefs and translate requirements into effective visual solutions.

• Collaborate with internal teams to understand creative requirements and deliver assets on time.

• Interface with clients when required to clarify creative needs and provide design advice.

• Organise and maintain artwork files and creative assets for easy access and future use.

• Manage multiple projects at different stages while meeting competing deadlines.

• Follow established design direction while contributing creative ideas and solutions where appropriate.
