About the role
As a Travel Consultant at livelife tours', you will play a crucial role in helping our customers plan their dream holidays. Working in our vibrant Quezon City office, you will provide exceptional customer service and expertise to curate personalised travel experiences that exceed our clients' expectations. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to grow your career in the dynamic travel and tourism industry.
What you'll be doing
- Engage with customers to understand their travel needs and preferences
- Research and recommend the best travel options, including flights, accommodation, activities and itineraries
- Prepare detailed travel proposals and itineraries for clients
- Handle all booking arrangements, including flights, hotels, transportation and activities
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the customer's travel journey
- Stay up-to-date with the latest travel trends, destinations and industry developments
- Liaise with travel suppliers and partners to secure the best deals for our customers
- Contribute to the growth and success of the livelife tours' brand
What we're looking for
- Proven experience as a travel consultant or in a customer-facing role in the travel industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to meet customer needs
- Strong research and planning skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Up-to-date knowledge of travel destinations, products and industry trends
- Proficiency in using travel booking systems and software
- A passion for travel and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
