Duties & Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory levels, including quantities, locations, and stock movement
Regularly conduct physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies between actual stock and recorded stock
Monitor inventory levels and reorder points to ensure timely replenishment of stock to avoid shortages
Maintain organized and efficient storage of inventory items, ensuring proper labeling and categorization
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and oversee the integrity and quality of delivered goods
Check new products, negotiate for volume discounts and credit terms
Encode RR, DR, and PR
Qualifications & Skills:
At least college level
At least 1 year relevant experience
Basic knowledge in excel and spreadsheet
Note: will be assigned at Matina Town Square
