What you will do:
Review agent performance results daily to ensure all goals are met or exceeded
Analyze and trend agentKPI/Sales performance
Identify performance gaps and prepare action plans for effective coaching and performance improvement
Monitor and assess employee calls for performance improvement plans
Building effective working relationships, drive individual responsibility and accountability, and contribute to the site’s successful performance

Who we’re looking for:
At least 1 yr of BPO Team Leader/Operations Supervisor experience
Preferably has background in chat/email
Preferably with experience in e-commerce
Amenable to work on a graveyard shift
Amenable to report at VXI Bridgetowne
