About the Role
Australian Medical Care (AMC) is looking for a sales-driven B2B Healthcare Cold Caller to connect with doctors and medical practices across Australia.
The main goal of this role is to make outbound calls, introduce AMC's business opportunities, identify interested doctors or practices, and generate qualified leads for potential partnerships or ventures.
This is a B2B sales role, not a typical consumer cold-calling position.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to Australian doctors and medical practices
Introduce AMC and its partnership/business opportunities
Identify interested and qualified prospects
Build rapport and engage doctors in professional conversations
Follow up with interested prospects and arrange further discussions
Maintain accurate call and lead records
Meet agreed calling and lead-generation targets
Qualifications
Experience in healthcare, medical recruitment, healthcare sales, or cold calling
B2B calling or business development experience is highly preferred
Strong sales mindset and confidence speaking with professionals
Comfortable speaking with doctors and business owners
Persuasive, proactive, and target-driven
Able to work independently
Willing to work Australian business hours
