Job Purpose
- Responsible for tracking the CRM to ensure that resolvers are addressing issues raised before the cut-off set by the support group.
- Responsible for pre-screening affiliation documents, ensuring that all details in the Merchant application sheet match the attached required documents, such as BIR registration, prior to submission to MBD's Department Head and Division Head for final approval.
- Responsible for various Merchant Database clean-up tasks to ensure that RCBC will not be penalized due to errors in the merchant database.
- Conducts pre-screening of merchant documents to ensure completeness prior to submission to the Department Head and Division Head.
- Prepares various monitoring and tracking reports and leads the support team in merchant database clean-up efforts.
Job Requirements
- Graduate of any 4-year Business course or other related course.
- Must have at least 1-2 years of experience in MIS/report preparation and information systems.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Able to demonstrate effective organizational skills and attention to detail.
