Dashboards and Configuration Team Lead

You will support day-to-day operations in managing the activities of the Dashboards and Configuration Team by ensuring all requests, projects, and support tasks are completed accurately, within established SLAs, and according to client and company standards.

You will maintain a strong understanding of dashboard development, reporting tools, agency management systems, and configuration workflows to effectively guide team members, troubleshoot issues, and support operational objectives.

You will provide coaching, training, and performance management to Dashboard Developers and Configuration Specialists while driving quality, efficiency, process improvement, and client satisfaction.

You will act as the primary point of contact between the team and leadership by communicating operational updates, identifying risks, escalating concerns, and providing recommendations for process and system improvements.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the Dashboard Development and Configuration Team through coaching, training, performance management, and ongoing skill development
• Oversee dashboard development, reporting, and system configuration activities, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards, business requirements, and SLA commitments
• Manage team productivity, quality, workload distribution, attendance, and resource allocation to maintain operational efficiency and project success
• Serve as the primary escalation point for dashboard, reporting, configuration, and service delivery issues while coordinating resolution efforts with internal stakeholders
• Monitor and drive project execution by prioritizing requests, tracking milestones, managing risks, and ensuring timely completion of dashboard and configuration initiatives
• Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to gather requirements, provide project updates, validate deliverables, and maintain strong business relationships
• Identify and implement process improvements, automation opportunities, and workflow enhancements to improve efficiency, scalability, and service quality
• Analyze operational and performance metrics, maintain documentation and reporting records, support workforce planning, and provide recommendations to leadership for continuous improvement and strategic decision-making

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or any related field (preferred)
• 1 - 3 years of experience in dashboard development, reporting, system configuration, analytics, or operations support
• 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience, including coaching and performance management
• Strong knowledge of reporting tools, dashboard development, data analysis, and system configuration processes
• Experience managing projects, prioritizing workloads, and meeting SLA requirements
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Power BI, and Sharepoint
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and driving continuous improvement
