About the role
We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee logistics and warehouse operations, ensuring efficient processes, proper fleet management, and timely delivery of materials. The role involves supervising staff, managing inventory, coordinating logistics, maintaining vehicles and equipment, and preparing documentation.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise warehouse staff and daily operations
- Manage inventory, receipts, storage, and deliveries
- Ensure vehicle maintenance, registration, and scheduling
- Monitor driver performance and customer service
- Maintain compliance with safety and health standards
- Optimize logistics processes and cost efficiency
About you
- 5+ years in logistics/warehouse supervision (Telco experience a plus)
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Experience in transportation and fleet management
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
