Title: Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) Officer
The Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) Officer is responsible for providing plans and direction to the organization in terms of Environment, Health and Safety and improve the environmental and safety performance of the plant.
- Ensures the effective implementation of Environmental and Safety Management System and procedures.
- Facilitates the submission of legal reports and renewal of all permits applicable to the operation of the company.
- Develops, implements, and regularly tests emergency preparedness and response procedures.
- Identifies and recommends process and system improvements to enhance plant operations.
- Conducts site assessments and compliance audits within the commissary facility.
- Institute EHS Training system and personnel awareness activities.
- Bachelor's degree holder preferably in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering
- At least five (5) years of work experience in the field of environment, health, and safety or similar equivalent roles
- Must have Safety Officer (SO) Accreditation
- Certified Pollution Control Officer (PCO) and/or Licensed Engineer or Chemist is a plus
- Candidate must be willing to work in Canlubang, Laguna
