SALARY RANGE: PHP 20,000.00 - PHP 25,000.00
Job Overview:
The Junior Data Analytics Officer supports the Data Analytics team in maintaining data quality, conducting analyses, creating reports, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. This entry-level role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process accurate ECL calculations and ensure timely submission of compliance reports.
- Maintain data integrity and security in daily tasks. Support the implementation of data quality management processes, striving for 99.9% accuracy and 100% data source consistency.
- Assist in analyzing market trends and data, providing technical support for data integration and automation processes.
- Efficiently handle and fulfill data requests from various departments, maintaining a 95% satisfaction rate and 100% on-time delivery.
- Assist in the preparation of reports on reconciliation and loans efficiency, ensuring 100% compliance.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 6 months - 2 years of experience in a data analytics role.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in data analysis software (Python, R, Power BI, Microsoft Excel).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
