Description
- Provide exceptional customer service support post-sale to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Manage customer inquiries and complaints through various channels effectively.
- Assist with resolving product issues and provide guidance to customers.
- Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience Level: Entry-level (0–2 years).
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Patience and empathy in handling customer interactions.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to follow processes and procedures efficiently.
- Working Conditions: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
