Overview

Location: Manila, PH. MCI is seeking a Virtual Assistant to support our leadership teams. This role includes administrative and clerical tasks to optimize productivity and offers advancement opportunities. The ideal candidate will have excellent English, be highly organized and reliable, have a strong work ethic, and pay attention to detail. Prior administrative experience is recommended but not required.

Responsibilities
  • Perform a variety of administrative duties
  • Answer emails and phone calls
  • Provide real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts
  • Create content to post on the company's social media channels
  • Prepare presentations according to instructions
  • Make travel arrangements (flights, cars, hotels, and restaurant reservations)
  • Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, email, and mail
  • Anticipate the needs of others to ensure a seamless and positive experience
  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
Qualifications
  • 1 year of experience preferred
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Exceptional time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Wired, high-speed internet connection (Download speed 20Mbps+)
  • Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words per minute)
Conditions of Employment
  • Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based
  • Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint (job offers contingent on results)
  • Must be willing to submit to drug screening (job offers contingent on results)

Physical Requirements

This job operates in a professional office environment. The role is largely sedentary and involves sitting/standing for long periods while using a computer and headset; may require movement around the office.
