Job Purpose
- Be responsible for supporting LINK's Connect and customer Webshop deployments into the customers businesses. To ensure efficient and timely content uploading into content management systems and sharing and promoting consistent system use across our customer/client account teams.
Job Duties
- Support the business implementation and configuration of both Connect and Webshops by using and administering content management systems.
- Provide frontline internal support for queries and requests for pricing or product updates.
- Undertake new customer account team training for Connect and Webshop (back-end) as required.
- Provide ongoing management of the helpdesk handling issues raised by our customer account teams relating to the content in the platform.
- Provide new customers with portal system set-up and assist with ongoing content refreshments and enhancements.
- Be the primary point of contact for LINK staff reporting web portal issues affecting BAU activity (non-technical errors).
- Work with the Platform Content Manager to upload new content and refresh customer portals (articles, innovation, products, catalogues etc. content provided by the business).
- Create an extensive library of products and informational content across all customer platforms.
- Support creation of 'order windows' using the content management system to help drive increased orders across clients.
- Manage and refresh customer portal look and feel to keep sites modernised.
- Support LINK Technology Team with testing of new functionality.
Skills and Experiences
- Excellent organization and administration skills.
- Experience with handling similar webshops (Etsy, Fiverr, Shopee, Amazon, Alibaba, Lazada, Shopify etc.).
- Able to interact with information held in Excel, Word etc. and move key information into content management systems.
- Fluent in English (read, write and speak).
- Able to follow training material and business processes.
- Able to build and maintain strong relationships with LINK staff and external customers where required.
