What you will do as Agency Recruitment & Activation Manager:
- Actively source & recruit for advisors and agency leaders through engagement of agency leaders to contribute to manpower build-up
- Conduct onboarding programs for newly recruited advisors within the first 90 days to increase retention and productivity
- Organize recruitment activities and source possible leads generation platforms
- Convert business opportunities program attendees to advisors
We are looking for someone who has:
- Bachelor's Degree in any course
- At least 3 years of solid experience in Recruitment and People Development gained in the Life Insurance Industry
- Training background is an advantage
- Good facilitation and presentation skills
- Experience in sales is an advantage
