Data Entry Executive (Part-Time, Home-Based)
Job Summary
HK Consultancy is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Data Entry Executive to join our remote team on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining data in our systems, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in our operations.
Responsibilities
- Inputting and updating data into our database systems with precision and attention to detail.
- Verifying accuracy of data by comparing it to source documents.
- Conducting regular data quality checks to identify and correct errors.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of data entry procedures and protocols.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Proven experience in data entry or related administrative roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience
- Previous experience in data entry or similar roles is required.
Working Hours
- Part-time position, flexible hours, to be discussed with successful candidate.

- Proficiency in data entry and database management.
- Understanding of data quality standards and best practices.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information securely.
