Calling all Sales Specialist
As a Sales Account Specialist, you will drive revenue through prospecting, managing the full sales cycle, and developing detailed sales plans. You'll be responsible for creating and submitting sales forecasts, preparing proposals, and coordinating with customers and the service center to ensure high-quality support. Your role includes staying updated on service features, solving customer issues, and providing feedback to improve sales processes, all while promoting teamwork and maintaining a safe, organized work environment.
Job Objectives: To build strong relationships with customers and qualities to support profitability, customer satisfaction and the achievement of sales target.
Job Responsibilities:
- Performs prospecting activities such as cold calling and networking and identifies opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell.
- Assists Sales lead in creating detailed sales business plans, sets and manages sales goals and quotas.
- Develops sales funnel and submits sales forecast to Sales Lead and Managing Director.
- Manages entire sales cycle.
- Learns and develops new services features and benefits.
- Submits pricing proposals, prepares service contracts and submits sales reports.
- Schedules and attends customer meetings that could be in person, online meeting or over the phone to introduce and present company profile, to have continuous communication and to follow up of action items.
- Ensures that all customer support activities are appropriately coordinated with the service center.
- Solves problems for customers by understanding and exceeding their expectations.
- Provides feedback to Sales team to improve processes.
Qualifications:
- A. Educational Background – Graduate of any business management, sales or marketing related course.
- B. Licensure – Not Required but a Plus Factor
- C. Work Experience - With a minimum of 3 years' sales work experience.
- D. Skill and Attributes required (if any)
- Ability to work under pressure
- With good interpersonal skills
- Ability to increase customer engagement
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
- Analytical and time management skills.
- Good knowledge of CRM software.
Work Set-up: Onsite (Northgate, Alabang)
Work Schedule: M-F, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (PHT)
