Job Summary

  • The TSF Manager provides expertise in TSF construction and operation from his/her extensive experience in these processes. He/She will utilize his/her expertise to form a technical opinion on the designs, plans, schedules, and cost estimates done by the TSF Lead Consultant as a form of validation, provide alternative designs when requested, localize the specifications if there is an opportunity, and continue to optimize the design. He/she reports to the Site Manager.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering;
  • Licensed Civil Engineer;
  • At least fifteen (15) years of work experience involving design and planning for construction of a Tailings Storage Facility (TSF) and relevant surface infrastructure or twenty-five (25) years' experience in TSF operations;
  • Computer Literate;
  • Knowledgeable in computer software for civil engineering, planning and design, scheduling, automated design, and cost estimation.
