Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing FBS disputes on behalf of sellers on time.
  • Validate appropriate data from the system, analyze proof, and collect evidence to ensure a proper course of action is being pursued.
  • Ensure accurate and appropriate responses to disputes.
  • Assist in RO Creation.
  • Assist OSG concerns via IHT and tracker.
  • Handle escalations via email across SBS shops and other stakeholders.
  • Consolidate all switching orders with the corresponding SKU for reconciliation purposes.
Requirements
  • At least college level (undergraduate/graduate).
  • Strong computer skills required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Docs preferred.
  • Experience in disputes or payments industry is preferred.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and results-driven.
  • Ability to resolve conflict.
  • Ability to analyze information, think through difficult problems, and make critical decisions based on limited information.
