Your role
As a Web Development intern at AICines, you'll build the AICines platform — the streaming product, creator tools, and the web experiences behind our partner production companies. Real product, real users, shipping in your first weeks.
Day to day, you'll:
- Build and ship features across the AICines web platform and creator tools
- Work closely with product and design to turn specs into shipped UI
- Fix real bugs and handle real scale problems as the platform grows
- Collaborate directly with founders and senior engineers on production systems
- Write clean, maintainable code across the stack
Training, development & rotations
You'll be paired with senior team members from week one and work directly on live problems rather than sandboxed exercises. Because AICines spans streaming, social product, AI generation, and film production, there's genuine scope to explore adjacent areas — frontend architecture, performance work, or backend integration — based on where your interest develops.
Salary & benefits
Compensation is benchmarked competitively for remote roles and varies by experience level. The role is fully remote with flexible working hours. You'll get hands‑on exposure to production AI systems and a live platform with real users, plus direct access to founders and senior engineers.
Career progression
AICines is scaling, and progression is based on impact rather than tenure. Strong performers move into specialised web engineering tracks or broader full-stack roles as the team grows. Interns who perform well are considered for full-time positions.
Who we’re looking for
- Currently studying or recently graduated in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field
- Working knowledge of JavaScript/React and modern web fundamentals (HTML, CSS)
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, remote-first team
- Curious, self‑directed, and able to communicate technical decisions clearly
- No prior professional experience required — students, recent graduates, and junior candidates are all encouraged to apply
