About the role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and lead the team in achieving operational and financial goals.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and supervise daily restaurant operations
- Ensure outstanding customer service and guest satisfaction
- Lead, train, coach, and develop restaurant staff
- Monitor food quality, service standards, and cleanliness
- Manage scheduling, manpower planning, and employee performance
- Control costs through effective inventory, purchasing, and labor management
- Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety, and sanitation standards
- Handle customer concerns and resolve operational issues promptly
- Drive sales and profitability through effective restaurant management
About you
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Dining Manager
- At least 2 years of experience in a Japanese cuisine restaurant
- Excellent leadership, people management, and problem-solving skills
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety, inventory, and cost control
- Excellent customer service and guest relations skills
- Good English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Strong background in fine dining service standards and restaurant management
