Qualification :
College graduate
With experience in a logistic/ warehouse environmentis an advantage
Strong communication
Computer proficiency
Will be assigned in Parañaque Branch
Key Responsibilities:
Dispatch boxes according to assigned vehicle and destination.
Support in the sorting, planning, coordination, execution, and monitoring of delivery.
Make certain that all outgoing and incoming boxes are undamaged.
Make certain reports for any damaged cargo and send pictures and videos to the origin branches.
Make certain that all calls, chats, or texts from customers are responded to within the appropriate time
in a polite mannerFill up updated information in Google sheet, when necessary.
Create a manifest for delivery of parcels.
Provide support to drivers and helpers regarding delivery issues and concerns.
Responsible for providing accurate reports and feedback to enable decision-making beneficial to
the company.
