Job Description

The position is responsible for creating multimedia content for different media platforms. This position will write copy, record/shoot and edit audio and video materials, and will collaborate closely with a variety of stakeholders, both internal and external, on all stages of projects, including planning, content, production level and delivery, turnaround time, review and revisions, approvals and sign-offs, and project estimates.

Responsibilities

  1. Writes content for email blasts, announcements, infographics, and other communications for learning sessions, events, and other learning engagements.
  2. Develops animated graphics/content and other interactive visuals including branding and visual identity and consistency across all multimedia platforms to enhance learner engagement.
  3. Conceptualizes and develops graphic assets, videos, illustrations, and layouts to various traditional and non-traditional media platforms including but not limited to social media, on-ground materials, and presentations.
  4. Posts content and assists in managing and monitoring social media platforms of DLD with different engagement activities.
  5. Collaborates with teams within the department and other partners: Sales Support, Marketing to understand project requirements, ideate, and deliver effective multimedia solutions.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in Visual Arts, Multimedia Arts, Communication, Advertising, or a related field.
  2. Knowledge and experience in content and/or multimedia production is an advantage.
  3. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Vyond, Canva, Audacity, and related software.
  4. Strong creative and conceptual thinking, with the ability to translate ideas into compelling content.
  5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with team members and stakeholders.

  1. Background in content development and multimedia design.
  2. Attention to detail and a strong creative vision for designing content.
  3. Understanding of brand style guides.
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Time-management skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  6. Proficient in the use of Canva, Audacity, or Adobe Creative Cloud applications.
  7. Outstanding communication and negotiation ability.
  8. Flexible, target-driven, proactive approach.
  9. Self-motivation and enthusiasm.
  10. Team player with basic leadership skills.
  11. Excellent in oral and written communication.
  12. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
