Responsibilities:
  • Develop new seasonal recipes, menus, and keep up with the latest trends to engage the interest of customers.
  • Decorate pastries using different icings, toppings, etc. to ensure the presentation is beautiful and exciting.
  • Operate and manage the pastry section of a kitchen, collaborating with other chefs.
  • Monitor and order ingredients, supplies, and equipment.
  • Ensure the bakery section of the kitchen adheres to health and safety regulations.
  • Adhere to the company's Code of Conduct.
  • Give equal respect to superiors and fellow employees.
  • Perform other related duties assigned by superiors.
Job Qualifications:
  • Graduate of any 4-year course or 2-year vocational course.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the same position in Casual Dining Restaurants and/or Cafes.
  • Willing to be trained in Thailand.
  • Willing to be assigned anywhere in Metro Manila.

Compensation Package:

Open basic salary (depending on your background) plus other allowances (upon discussion).
