· Performing in accordance with Co Fitness Compliance Strategies.

· Performs campaigns to generate awareness and member leads

· To engage and cater to member concerns and needs

· Enforce pre-opening sales policies and procedure

· Create an inviting and welcoming experience for all the members and future Members

· Effectively meet and surpass sales targets

· Oversee the effective execution of member acquisition strategies.

· Design and implement promotional strategies to attract new members.

· Ensure that all administrative requirements are met in a timely fashion.

· Ensure optimal self-management for optimal cost-effective performance.

· Keep membership paperwork in order.

· Manage payment facilities to ensure that all transactions are accounted for.

· Sell Membership

· Preparation of Sales Deck

· Call Drive

· Billing Issue Call Drive

· End of Day Reporting

· With at least 2 years of Sales and Marketing Experience

· With Excellent People Skills

· With Fitness Industry Experience

· Familiar with Gym Operations

· Energetic and with Good Communication Skills

· Highly organized and detail-oriented

· Proficient in MS Office Applications

· Video editing (an advantage)

· Can speak and understand Mandarin (an advantage)

EDUCATION: College Graduate
