About the role
We are looking for a talented and creative Print Designer based in the Philippines to join our team and work with our US-based fashion partner. This role is ideal for a designer with strong experience creating prints specifically for women's dresses. You will be responsible for developing original prints and artwork that align with seasonal concepts, fashion trends, and the brand's creative direction.
Key responsibilities
Create original prints, patterns, and artwork for women's dresses and apparel.
Develop print concepts based on seasonal trends and creative direction.
Translate design concepts into production-ready print files.
Prepare and organize print artwork for production.
Use Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop to develop and refine designs.
Incorporate traditional design techniques and emerging AI tools into the creative process.
Collaborate with the design and product teams to develop and finalize prints.
Incorporate feedback and revisions while maintaining design quality and consistency.
Communicate design ideas and updates effectively with the US-based partner.
About you
Must currently reside in the Philippines.
2–3 years of hands-on experience creating print designs specifically for women's dresses/apparel.
Strong understanding of fashion, color, patterns, textiles, and current trends.
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
Strong creative eye and attention to detail.
Experience developing original prints from concept through production.
Must have a portfolio showcasing print designs for women's dresses/apparel.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, as you will work closely with a US-based partner.
Ability to understand feedback, communicate creative ideas clearly, and work effectively with an international team.
