Schedule: Monday – Friday (7:00 AM - 4:00 PM PHT)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field;
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in financial management, preferably in a managerial role;
  • Professional certifications such as CPA, CA, CFA, or CMA;
  • Experience with high-volume processing environments, handling 20,000 invoices monthly;
  • Xero system experience (or MYOB);
  • In-depth understanding of compliance in Aged Care and NDIS settings, including quality standards, WHS, infection prevention and control, and SIRS.

What will you do?

Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A):
  • Assist with the compilation of budgets, management reports, and KPI reports.
Financial Reporting and Compliance:
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and metrics for stakeholders.
  • Manage balance sheet reconciliations, debtors, and NDIS payments.
  • Oversee audits, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage statutory lodgments.
Cash Flow Management:
  • Monitor and optimize cash flow and working capital.
Operational Responsibilities:
  • Oversee accounting functions, funding compliance, and system reconciliations.
  • Manage procurement, fixed assets, and payroll processes.
Risk Management:
  • Identify financial risks, establish internal controls, and report incidents.
Financial Systems and Processes:
  • Oversee system improvements and implement best practices.
Leadership:
  • Lead, train, and motivate the finance team; set KPIs and foster engagement.
