What is the job?
The Associate Operations Manager will work closely with the senior management team to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of services to our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Leads and supports teams to meet targets in quality, productivity, and client satisfaction.

  • Manages daily operations with clients, including attendance, performance, and issue resolution.

  • Conducts meetings and 1:1s to align goals, address challenges, and boost engagement.

  • Analyzes performance data to identify gaps and recommend process improvements.

  • Collaborates on staffing, tools, training, and operational enhancements.

  • Tracks KPIs, prepares reports, and drives special projects with measurable outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year in a leadership role, managing teams of 10+ members in any industry.

  • Experienced in customer or client interactions (B2B or B2C) with strong English communication skills.

  • Skilled at explaining information clearly to teams, clients, and stakeholders.

  • Team-oriented, adaptable under pressure, and committed to continuous learning.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and using data to drive performance.

  • Highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks, and flexible with shifts or work setups.
