Scope & Responsibilities:

  • Plan, develop, and oversee the implementation of operational strategies, policies, processes, and systems.
  • Formulate and oversee the achievement of key operating and performance indicator (KPI) targets.
  • Develop and monitor revenue and cost-saving initiatives to enhance bottom-line performance.
  • Ensure compliance with necessary permits, approvals, and licenses.
  • Plan and implement the business unit's capital expenditure (capex) program.
  • Manage senior-level client relationships.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and address service-related concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Manage and develop team members.
  • Develop and oversee stakeholder management initiatives for all operating units (e.g., local government officials, community leaders, customers, regulatory agencies).
  • Build staff resources and capabilities by identifying requirements.
  • Formulate and supervise the achievement of key financial objectives.
  • Initiate the development of the annual budget and facilitate regular budget monitoring and reporting.
  • Support due diligence efforts for development, partnership, or acquisition opportunities in the water and wastewater distribution segment, as needed.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business.
  • 15 years of experience in Water Industry.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Specialized training in water and/or wastewater operations is highly desirable.
