About the role
Entry Level Architectural CAD Draftswoman to support residential and commercial building projects by creating accurate 2D architectural drawings based on Japanese Clients Mark ups and requests.
Key responsibilities
- Creating 2D architectural drawings such as floor plans, elevations, sections and other building sheet requirements
- Revising drawings based on feedback and redlines from the Japanese clients
- Ensuring accuracy in dimensions, layouts, and Clients standards
- Delivering work within agreed timelines
About you
- College Degree with AutoCAD Certification and Diploma (Architectural is highly recommended)
- Knowledge of AutoCAD (training will be provided to enhance it)
- Ability to produce 2D drawings (not mandatory since you will be trained on Japanese standards)
- Ability to follow written instructions and markups (translation if in Japanese will be provided)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Flexibility and a willingness to learn
