Human Resources Officer

About the role

As the Human Resources Officer at Dennis M. Timajo Law Office, you will play a key role in supporting the firm's strategic HR initiatives and ensuring the effective management of all HR operations. This is a full-time position based in Makati City, Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

• Overseeing the end-to-end HR service delivery, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and learning and development

• Providing guidance and support to managers on HR-related matters, ensuring consistent application of HR policies and procedures

• Developing and implementing effective HR strategies, programmes and initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention and overall job satisfaction

• Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations

• Collaborating with the leadership team to identify and address workforce-related challenges and opportunities

• Championing a positive, inclusive and collaborative work culture

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a generalist HR role.

• Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices and talent management principles.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

• Proficient in HR information systems and data analysis.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
