Key Responsibilities
- Prepare training materials and training course outline (TCO) for training sessions and lectures
- Organize and manage client and employee training programs and sessions
- Lead and support the introduction of new PMLS products
- Demonstrate equipment, procedures, and techniques to internal and external stakeholders
- Provide technical assistance and product leadership and support to marketing, sales, service, and external stakeholders
- Build and maintain customer relationships
- Resolve customer issues and escalations
- Continuously expand product knowledge through actual use and testing of products
- Conduct in-depth product and market research and analyze industry trends
- Provide regular feedback to management on matters pertaining to industry and product development
- Identify product competitors and provide analysis and recommendations
Qualifications
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, or any related healthcare course
- Licensed healthcare professionals (e.g., Nurse) is an advantage
- At least five (5) years of related work experience in the medical devices/products/equipment industry
- Preferably with experience handling patient monitoring and life support equipment such as Patient Monitors, Ventilators, Defibrillators, Infusion Pumps, and Anesthesia Machines
- Experience in product management, product specialist, or clinical application roles is an advantage
