Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Feasibility Associate to support our Commercial Strategy and Operations team in assessing the suitability of clinical research sites for upcoming clinical trials. This role is responsible for conducting research, maintaining global site databases, engaging with clinical research sites, and evaluating site capabilities to support study feasibility assessments.

The ideal candidate is able to work EST hours, possesses strong research and analytical skills, and has experience in clinical research, public health research, epidemiology, or related fields. A Master's Degree in Public Health (MPH) is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, maintain, and update databases of clinical research sites globally

  • Communicate with research sites to assess interest and capacity for participating in clinical trials

  • Review study protocols, synopses, and research proposals to identify study requirements

  • Conduct literature reviews and online research on epidemiology, regulations, and clinical research trends

  • Evaluate site capabilities and research experience for proposed clinical studies

  • Collaborate with clinical operations teams and subject matter experts to assess site feasibility

  • Gather and analyze data to support site selection recommendations

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation within company databases and systems

  • Support feasibility planning activities and contribute to strategic study placement decisions

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Clinical Research, Public Health, Global Health, Epidemiology, Health Informatics, Life Sciences, or a related field

  • Master's Degree in Public Health (MPH) is highly preferred

  • Experience conducting research, data gathering, literature reviews, and data analysis

  • Experience in clinical research, public health research, epidemiology, or related research environments

  • Strong research, analytical, and critical-thinking skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global environment

  • Must be willing and able to work EST (Night Shift) hours

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience within a Clinical Research Organization (CRO)

  • Experience maintaining and managing databases

  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM systems

  • Knowledge of clinical trial processes and site operations

  • Experience reviewing study protocols, synopses, or research proposals

  • Experience in global health, epidemiology, or healthcare research

  • Ability to read and understand French, Spanish, or an African language is an advantage
