Project Role description:

Job Requirements:
Summary: As an Advanced Application Engineer, you will be responsible for providing vision to Application Development Teams by utilizing modular architectures, next-generation integration techniques, and a cloud-first, mobile-first mindset. Your typical day will involve working with an Agile mindset to create value across projects of multiple scopes and scale.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Expected to be an SME.
  • Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
  • Responsible for team decisions.
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
  • Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
  • Lead the implementation of innovative solutions.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to ensure alignment and progress.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Spring Application Framework.
  • Strong understanding of software architecture principles.
  • Experience in cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure.
  • Proficiency in Java programming language.
  • Knowledge of microservices architecture.

Additional Information:

  • The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Spring Application Framework.
  • This position is based at our Manila office.
