JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of BS Food Tech (Licensed Food Technologist)

  • Must be experienced from 1-2 years in Manufacturing

  • Experience in Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), Food Safety, and Documentation

  • Technical knowledge in food safety is a plus.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  1. Handles the Production and Processing Unit. Ensures that the team performs effectively to set criteria.

  2. Conducts Quality assurance audit, assuring company standards are maintained and product integrity and safety are preserved. The scope of responsibilities includes, but are not limited to the following:

    • Off-Site Assignments - Quality measures done by Farmers.
    • On-Site Assignment - The main Production Area.

  3. Ensures standards are met in receiving all pertinent materials related to the manufacture of the company's products. This would include raw materials, packaging materials to finished material.

  4. Ensures standards are met in the dispatch of materials both raw and finished goods prior to delivery to Customers.

  5. Responsible for holding products that are out of specification by collaborating with the production in charge to remove products for reworks as it may be deemed necessary.

  6. Periodic updates and establishment of standards for current and new products respectively.

  7. Collaborate with R&D for new product updates.

  8. Conducts regular product sensory evaluation.

  9. Ensures that Operational and Pre-operational sanitation are conducted, which includes the following:

    • Start-up checklist.
    • Workplace & equipment sanitation.
    • Employee hygiene and sanitation checklist.
    • Inspects delivery or transport vehicles to ensure compliance with sanitation and GMP requirements by the plant.
