Job Overview

We are hiring Customer Service Representatives for a Luxury Travel Agency Account in Davao.

This is a blended customer support role, combining voice and non-voice channels, with minimal phone calls. Most customer interactions are handled through written support, while limited calls are required for specific customer concerns.

No BPO experience required.

What You'll Do

• Assist customers with luxury travel services and reservations

• Respond to inquiries through chat, email, and limited phone support

• Assist with bookings, itinerary changes, cancellations, and travel-related concerns

• Provide personalized assistance to customers

• Coordinate with internal teams and travel partners when needed

• Document customer requests and account information accurately

Qualifications

• At least High School Graduate

• No BPO experience required

• Fresh graduates and career shifters are welcome

• Good written and verbal English communication skills

• Customer-focused with good attention to detail

• Basic computer and internet navigation skills

• Comfortable working in a blended environment with minimal calls

• Willing to work onsite in Davao
